People’s Credit Union has promoted Justin Lombardo to head of its Middletown branch, where he will oversee daily operations and branch leadership. He reports to Deb Maxwell, head of area branches.
Lombardo joined the credit union in March as head of member branch operations at the Portsmouth branch. He previously spent nearly two decades in branch sales management with Citizens Bank, Santander Bank, Bank Five and BankNewport, and most recently worked as an account manager and merchant business consultant at Fiserv.
“Since first joining People’s Credit Union in March, he has quickly and consistently demonstrated his ability to lead by example, inspire those around him, and embrace opportunities to strengthen our branch network,” Maxwell said.
Lombardo’s community involvement has included the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, the Bristol Rotary Club and the town of Barrington’s summer concert series.
Founded in 1922 and headquartered in Middletown, People’s Credit Union is a member-owned, state-chartered community credit union.
