The Jane Pickens Theater & Event Center will screen 10 films from the 1960s over seven days beginning Friday, Sept. 4, with three of the nights paired with live music.
The festival opens with Studio Two, a Boston-based tribute to the early Beatles, performing at 7 p.m., followed by a restored print of “A Hard Day’s Night” at 8. Tickets are $40, or $38 for JPT members.
Two other nights include live sets. David Tessier’s All Star Stars play 1960s rock before “Easy Rider” on Monday, Sept. 7, and the Chase Ceglie Jazz Trio performs ahead of “Blow-Up” on Tuesday, Sept. 8. Both have music at 6:30 p.m. and the film at 7:30, with tickets at $20, or $18 for members.

- “Alfie” — Thursday, Sept. 10, 4:30 p.m.
- “The Italian Job” — Thursday, Sept. 10, 7:30 p.m.
Those screenings are $15, or $13 for members. Charter Books will be on hand for the “A Hard Day’s Night,” “Breakfast at Tiffany’s” and “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly” screenings.
A festival pass covering all 10 shows, including the live music events, is $125, or $105 for members, and includes a small popcorn at each screening.
The theater frames the week around the collapse of the old studio system and the end of the Production Code, and the run of directors — Mike Nichols, Dennis Hopper, Sergio Leone — who worked in the opening that created. Tickets and details are at janepickens.com.
