Sakonnet Vineyard has announced its summer fitness lineup, featuring weekly workouts paired with a post-class glass of wine at the Little Compton winery, located at 162 West Main Road.
The vineyard has partnered with RAD Fit Studios in Tiverton to host a weekly one-hour sculpt class in the barn on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. in July and August, beginning July 1. Led by RAD Fit owner Jenni, the all-level, total-body workout draws on Pilates and strength training, using resistance bands, lighter weights and more. Resistance bands and towels are provided, and participants should bring their own mat and water bottle. Each class is $25, or eight class credits are available for $185.
The popular UnWINED yoga series returns for the 2026 season on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m., running July 11 through Sept. 26. Longtime instructor Danielle Cerrone will be joined this season by Christine Borowy and Rebecca Stebenne of Nanquaket Yoga Studio to lead a rotating schedule of all-level outdoor classes overlooking the vineyard. Designed to welcome both experienced and first-time yogis, the sessions blend mindful movement with the vineyard’s coastal landscape. Tickets for each yoga session are $25.
Registration for each RAD Fit and yoga class includes a post-workout glass of wine for guests 21 and older, offering participants a chance to unwind and socialize after their workout.
