We’re heading into one of the most active open house weekends we’ve seen all year across Newport County. The calendar is full, the weather is cooperating, and there’s a noticeable sense that the spring market is fully underway. More homes are coming online, more sellers are leaning in, and buyers are out exploring with intention.
What makes a weekend like this valuable is the opportunity to compare. You can walk through different price points, neighborhoods, and styles all in the same day and start to really understand what value looks like in today’s market. That kind of perspective is hard to replicate any other way than walking through multiple doors.
We’re still operating in a market where inventory is limited, overall, but weekends like this give you a much clearer picture of what’s out there. The key is being able to identify which is which and how they’re priced relative to each other and how they might work for you.
