Gary Fay

With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Gary Fay on December 31, 2025. Gary was born in Mount Vernon, New York, to Irene and Gerald Fay. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend whose kindness, loyalty, and sense of humor touched everyone who knew him.

Gary is survived by his loving wife, Patricia, and his cherished daughter, Kelly and son-in-law Adrian. He also leaves behind his beloved sister, Cindy (Kevin); his devoted friend, Angel; his protective and faithful dog, Zayne; and his nieces and nephews, Brian (Jen), Marissa (Chris), Michael (Rebeka), Alyssa (Kris), and Kevin (Christine). Gary also leaves behind many lifelong friends who will deeply miss him.

He was preceded in death by his loving mother Irene and father Gerald Fay, his brothers Jerry and Kevin, and his beloved dogs Kimo I, Kimo II, and Onyx.

A gathering of family and friends to celebrate his life will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, RI.

May Gary rest in peace. His life, love, and laughter will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him. May God bless him.
