NEWPORT — A luxury condominium at 24 Brown and Howard Wharf sold for $3.075 million, marking the third-highest condo sale in Newport this year, according to Multiple Listing Service data.
The two-bedroom unit (unit #303) at Brown and Howard Wharf Residences was one of the largest dwellings in the waterfront complex. Nicole Carstensen of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyers, while Stacie Mills and Mary Waddington of Vanderbilt International Properties represented the sellers. The buyers and sellers were not identified.

The luxury condo features hardwood floors, lighted coffered ceilings and space for an office or library with views of Newport Harbor. The unit includes what the listing agent described as “stunning architectural designs and upgrades.”
“Brown and Howard Wharf is the perfect blend of condo living with the backdrop of yachts, Newport Harbor, and spectacular sunsets,” Carstensen said. “I am thrilled to have helped my clients find a place for their friends and family to gather and enjoy all Newport has to offer.”
The Brown and Howard Wharf Residences are located on Newport’s waterfront, offering residents harbor views and proximity to the city’s yachting community.
