A newly constructed home at 35 Coggeshall Ave. in Newport sold for $3.45 million, according to Hogan Associates Christie’s International Real Estate.

The six-bedroom, eight-bathroom residence is located one street from Bellevue Avenue and steps from Morton’s Park. Dominique Frazier of Hogan Associates represented the seller in the transaction. Neither the buyer nor seller was identified.

“This property truly captured the essence of Newport living, and it was no surprise to see such strong interest from buyers,” Frazier said. “We’re thrilled with how quickly it went under contract and delighted to see it in the hands of new owners who will appreciate everything it has to offer.”

The coastal home features light-filled open living spaces, a chef’s kitchen, a first-floor master suite and multiple en-suites. The property includes a finished lower level with kitchenette and sits near beaches, the Cliff Walk and downtown Newport.

The residence is located near the famous Bellevue Avenue mansions and was designed for entertaining, according to the listing agent.
