Recently, Middletown’s Affordable Housing Committee recommended that the Town Council walk away from the current deal with the developers for the Middletown Center project, and put true affordable housing for our low, moderate, senior, and workforce income level residents there instead.
There is a chance that the AHC motion will be heard by the Town Council at the next Town Council meeting, scheduled for 4 August 2025 at 6:30pm in Council chambers at Town Hall.
All Middletown residents, please attend this meeting to show your support for the AHC recommendation, as it appears that this is what many residents want.
