$378,630 Wild Money Jackpot hit in Portsmouth (via Rhode Island Lottery)

A Rhode Island lottery player struck gold Thursday night (May 29), snagging the $378,630 Wild Money jackpot with a ticket bought at a Portsmouth convenience store.

The Rhode Island Lottery confirms the winning ticket came from Neon Marketplace in Portsmouth (3302 East Main Road). The lucky numbers? 2, 8, 15, 23, and 32.

Wild Money, Rhode Island’s homegrown progressive jackpot game, has been a staple since January 2002, when it replaced Money Roll. Drawings happen every night at 7:29 p.m.

While Thursday’s win is impressive, it doesn’t quite reach the record books. The biggest Wild Money jackpot ever claimed was $763,383 back on October 8, 2022.
