Get ready, jazz fans! The Newport Jazz Festival is gearing up for its 2025 edition. The Newport Festivals Foundation has just announced that the lineup will be revealed next week, with ticket sales starting soon after.

Mark your calendars for August 1-3, 2025, when the festival will take over Fort Adams State Park in Newport.

Want to snag the best deal? Early bird three-day general admission passes will be available starting Tuesday at 1 p.m. ET for $265.74 (fees included). But act fast – this special pricing only lasts until Thursday at 1 p.m. ET.

If you miss the early bird window, don’t worry. Full-price three-day passes and single-day tickets go on sale Thursday at 1 p.m. ET. A regular three-day general admission ticket will set you back $312.09, while single-day passes are $111.24 (both including fees).

For those looking to splurge, the festival offers a three-day Jazz Lounge pass for $1,488.35. Students can take advantage of discounts on both three-day and single-day tickets.

Good news for families: kids 9 and under get in free (except in the Jazz Lounge area), with a limit of two children per ticketed adult. Anyone 10 or older needs a full-priced ticket.

Keep in mind that once you buy those specially priced three-day general admission passes, they can’t be returned to the waitlist.
