Yagi Noodles is moving to Wayfinder Newport for March while sprucing up its Long Wharf location.

The noodle spot will dish out its fan favorites and boba drinks at Wayfinder Newport from March 4 to 29.

Dan Balceniuk, general manager of Wayfinder Newport, says, “”We’re excited to team up with Chef Basil Yu and Yagi Noodles.””We love this partnership with Chef Basil Yu and Yagi Noodles. It allows us to celebrate local talent and have some fun in our restaurant as we look forward to summer”.

Yagi’s usual spot at 20 Long Wharf is closing for the month to upgrade its interior, including a bigger bar area. They’re adding more sake and shochu options but keeping their popular boba drinks on the menu.

At Wayfinder Newport, Yagi will be open Tuesday through Thursday, 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. They’re closed Sundays and Mondays.

For locals, Wayfinder Newport has a “Slurp & Sleep” staycation deal that includes a dining credit with room bookings.

Yagi Noodles plans to reopen its updated Long Wharf location in April.
