Today, the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority (RITBA) announced that its E-ZPass Customer Service Walk-in Center will now be open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
“We’ve extended our hours to give customers more flexibility to conduct their business with us,” said Lori Caron Silveira, Executive Director of RITBA. “Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, and we hope these extended hours provide greater convenience for in-person transactions.”
The walk-in center is located at 1 East Shore Road in Jamestown.
Customers can also visit www.ezpassritba.com to access their account online or call 1-877-743-9727 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for assistance with their E-ZPass account.
