On April 12th, The JPT will host “Bring It On Home,” a one-night-only concert featuring Laden Valley, The Ballroom Thieves, and Chance Emerson.

Organized by Newport natives Laden Valley, this special evening will bring together close friends and fellow musicians for a night of unforgettable performances.

“As musicians who have been shaped by the magic of Newport, we wanted to create something that truly felt like coming home,” says Laden Valley’s Evan St. Martin. “So, we called up some of our favorite people—who also happen to be some of the most talented musicians we know—and put together a night to celebrate our shared love of music, the City of Newport, and its incredible community.”

A Celebration of Music, Home, and Community

As part of the show, Laden Valley is partnering with the Newport Festivals Foundation, shining a spotlight on the foundation’s work in supporting local music education programs throughout Aquidneck Island.

“We’re beyond grateful to be working with Newport Festivals Foundation to help support their mission,” says  Laden Valley’s Dave Sarazen. “Music education is what keeps the next generation of artists inspired, and we wanted to use this show as a way to give back to the community that has given us so much.”

With their cinematic folk storytelling, Laden Valley sets the perfect stage for an evening that blends nostalgia, camaraderie, and raw musical energy. They’ll be joined by The Ballroom Thieves, whose songs have captivated audiences nationwide, and Chance Emerson, whose soulful songwriting continues to turn heads in the indie-folk world.
