The recent sale of a home on Purgatory Lane in Middletown is setting some records.

Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has announced the sale of 444 Purgatory Lane for $5,300,000. 

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest sale in Middletown since September of 2023.
