The Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce today announced its newest program of 2025, The Nonprofit Leadership Circle, sponsored by Patridge Snow & Hahn, LLP.

According to the chamber, the program, designed to give extra support to address local leaders’ challenges, will gather attendees with guest speakers on topics that impact the non-profit sector.

Nonprofit leaders (Executives, Directors, and Managers) are invited to become members of the Circle by joining for the entire program to get the whole cohort experience or attend individual meetings.

The topics are based on feedback from nonprofit members of the Chamber. They are strategic, focused on leadership challenges, and designed to foster deep, peer-to-peer discussions.

The following six topics will be covered in the 2025 series:

•    Navigating the Evolving Nonprofit Landscape: Adapting to Change

•    Building a Resilient and High-Performing Nonprofit Culture

•    Innovative Approaches to Fundraising in the Modern Age

•    Data-Driven Decision Making for Impact, Sustainability and Partnerships

•    Succession Planning and Developing Future Leaders

•    Advocacy and Policy Engagement: Navigating the Political Landscape for Greater Impact

“Nonprofit businesses are an important part of our local economy and have very specific needs facing their organizations. We are thrilled to partner with partridge snow and Hahn to launch this program in Newport and we look forward to welcoming a very talented group of speakers and facilitators to support our nonprofit leaders.” said Erin Donovan-Boyle, President & CEO of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce in a statement.

Manchester, Partner & Chair of Partridge Snow & Hahn’s Nonprofit & Tax-Exempt Practice Group in a statement. “This educational series will provide leadership programming to nonprofits to increase their knowledge and capabilities so they can achieve their mission for the long term. We recognize that strong nonprofits build stronger communities.”

These lunchtime gatherings kicked off on February 26 and will occur at noon on the following Wednesdays at Innovate Newport: 4/23, 6/25, 8/27, 10/22, and 12/17.
