Red Parrot Restaurant – 348 Thames Street

The Heritage Restaurant Group today announced the completion of its acquisition of The Red Parrot restaurant.

The transaction was first announced in October 2024 and officially closed yesterday, January 10, 2025. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

As part of the transition, Russ and EstherDulac, The Red Parrot’s previous owners, will remain with the restaurant, as consultants, to ensure operational continuity and a smooth integration into The Heritage Restaurant Group.

Staying on for the next year, as consultants, allows us to help ensure our valued staff and loyal patrons experience a seamless transition while maintaining the high standards they’ve come to expect from The Red Parrot.”

The Red Parrot will continue to operate under its current name at 348 Thames Street.
