Brady, a 5-year-old Newfoundland-Poodle mix, is ready for adoption at the Potter League for Animals in Middletown. This 84-pound gentle giant has overcome a severe case of mange that left him nearly hairless, and now he’s looking for a family to call his own.

Due to the extensive damage to his hair follicles, Brady’s coat won’t fully grow back. He needs ongoing care for his ears, eyes, and skin to keep him comfortable, the Potter League for Animals shares on its website. Potential adopters should be ready for these long-term care requirements.

The ideal home for Brady would have patient and gentle caretakers, preferably with teenagers or adults. He’s a bit sensitive in areas that were previously infected, so a calmer environment suits him best.

Good news for multi-pet households: Brady gets along well with other animals. He’s lived happily with both dogs and cats before, making him a great fit for homes with furry friends.

If you’re interested in meeting Brady, head to the Potter League’s Animal Care and Adoption Center in Middletown. For more details on the adoption process, call 401-846-8276 or check out www.potterleague.org.

As an added bonus, Brady’s adoption fee has been waived. This sweet boy is ready to bring joy to his new forever home!
