A 35-year-old Pawtucket resident was arrested by Rhode Island State Police’s Intelligence Unit, Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Middletown Police Department on August 20, 2024.

Jean Nieves-Ramos was arrested at his residence and turned over to the Middletown Police Department.

He had been wanted on an affidavit and arrest warrant from the Middletown Police Department for felony eluding, driving without a license, and obstructing an officer in the execution of duty.
