The Middletown Public Library is hosting a new event that will teach people how to better communicate with their pets. The event, How to Talk To Your Dog, is free and open to ages 6 and up.

The event, which held on Saturday, August 24 from 11 am to 12 pm in the meeting room of the Middletown Public Library, will feature Dog Trainer, Alexandria Harris, who will answer questions about communication between dogs and how to best understand and care for your furry friend.

While Fido and Snowball are welcome to attend, the library requests that pets be left at home for the safety of all.

Registration for the event is not required. Free admission.
