A home with a view of Narragansett Bay and the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge has sold for $4.2 million.

The home sold for $700,000 over the asking price and markes highest sale in Jamestown this year, according to real estate data mainted by Rhode Island Statewide MLS.

The home, 541 Seaside Drive, was sold by Lila Delman Compass. Molly McDonough, from the Compass’s Jamestown office, represented the seller.
