The Mary Anita Dewitt Scholarship is available to students from Aquidneck Island who are continuing their education in college or trade school.
The $1,000 scholarship can be used for one minority student who is pursuing higher education. The funding can be used to continue their education in college or at a professional trade school. The student must also exemplify the values associated with Mary Anita DeWitt and her commitment to helping others in her community.
