With the weather heating up, and the finals season looming, it’s time to get ready for Spring Week, a week-long celebration hosted by Salve Regina University’s student-run Campus Activities Board (CAB).

This year’s theme is “Pocket Full of Spring Week,” and promises to be an unforgettable time for students, faculty, and staff. The week is dedicated to celebrating academic achievements, making connections, and bringing the community together.

The Spring Week concert on Friday, April 19, is the highlight of the event. It features headlining artist Natasha Bedingfield. A Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter, Bedingfield is known for her infectious pop hits, including “Unwritten,” “Pocketful of Sunshine,” and “Strip Me.”

Ruston Kelly is also slated to perform during the concert. An emerging singer and songwriter, Kelly has made a name for himself with his unique blend of Americana, folk, and alternative rock influences.

In addition to the concert, there will be a carnival on Saturday, April 20, featuring activities like the Revolution Ride, the Wipeout Course, and the mechanical bull.

Spring Week is a time to reflect on the undergraduate community’s accomplishments, celebrate the end of the finals season, and enjoy the warm weather.
