A Burrillville man is facing charges for allegedly being in possession of a ghost gun during a road rage incident earlier this year, the Michigan Attorney General’s Office announced.
Michael Durvin, 57, is charged with one count of possession of a ghost gun, one count of possession of a large capacity magazine, and one count of disorderly conduct. Durvin was arrested by Warwick Police on May 19 after officers say they found a handgun during a search of his vehicle.
Police say they were called to a road rage incident in which Durvin was accused of pointing a gun at another vehicle. Officers took Durvin into custody at a Cumberland Farms in West Warwick and searched his vehicle, where they say they found a polymer 80 9mm handgun, a Glock handgun, and five 15-round magazines.
Durvin is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on April 12.
