The Newport Navy Choristers, under the direction of Lori McDowell, will present “Proudly We Sing” on Friday, April 26, at 7:30 PM at St Mary’s Church.
A non-profit group consisting of many active and retired military service members and their families, the chorus will perform a repertoire of patriotic and popular songs that will appeal to everyone.
Since 1953, the chorus has performed concerts to benefit local charitable and civic groups. The proceeds from this performance will go to the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, and $10 for children. Tickets can be purchased from a chorus member or at the door.
