A home in Newport’s Yachting Village recently sold for nearly $3 million.

37 Howard Street sold for $2,900,000 on March 21, 2024, according to Hogan Associates | Christie’s International Real Estate.

“This impressive three-level, 5-bedroom, 5 ½ bath home was designed by Herk Works Architecture and fully renovated by Miller Starbuck Construction Services in 2023 with a luxurious coastal lifestyle theme,” Hogan Associates | Christie’s International Real Estate says about the property.

According to the real estate listing, the home was built in 1870 and was listed on November 27, 2023.
