Social Enterprise Greenhouse (SEG) has appointed two new members to its Board of Directors, former SEG CEO Jim Cohill and Kelly(Ramirez) Stone, who were previously active members of the organization’s leadership team.

Cohill is a Director of Business Banking for New England at Citizens and has served as a member of SEG’s Loan Committee since 2022. Cohill has over 20 years of experience in financial services and has served as a successful leader of a number of business banking relationships.

Stone is the Director of the Ryan Incubator at Providence College and has served as CEO of SEG for over a decade. Stone was an early leader and entrepreneur in the field of social impact, domestically and internationally, and has a successful track record in building complex problem-solving initiatives and organizations, from vision to strategy to execution.

“Jim and Kelly are integral members of the SEG community, and innovators in the RI business world,” said Julie Owens, Chief Executive Officer of SEG. “We are excited to have their decades of experience on our leadership team, and look forward to using their expertise to nurture local entrepreneurs and expand our impact here in RI.”

SEG’s Board of Directors is made up of 12 business and community leaders from around Rhode Island. Cohill and Stone are filling the seats of former board members who completed their terms in December.
