The Middletown Public Library is hosting a free healthy food demo on Monday, March 4 at 5:30 pm, as part of Middletown Wellness Month.

Jenette Nessett, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, will be leading the program, which will teach participants how to prepare quick, healthy, and flavorful meals that can help improve overall health.

The free event is open to all ages, and registration is required on the Middletown Public Library’s website.

Middletown Wellness Month, which is sponsored by the Middletown Prevention Coalition and People’s Credit Union, is a series of events and programs that take place all month long throughout the city.
