After taking some time off this winter, Franklin Spa will reopen this morning at 6 am for the season. They will be open from 6 am to 1 pm for breakfast only.
Just in time for this weekend’s Newport Saint Patrick’s Day Parade, Franklin Spa will be offering some St. Patrick’s Day Specials this weekend.
