* WHAT...Heavy wet snow. Additional snow accumulations of up to
  4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of southeastern Massachusetts and northern
  and southern Rhode Island.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact this morning`s commute.
  Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
