Charlestown, RI – The Randall Family of Companies, New England’s coastal real estate specialists with 35 offices and more than 650 agents across RI, CT and MA, continues its growth with the recent hiring of real estate veteran Shannon Buss to the newly created position of Randall Realtors’ Professional Development Manager. In this role, Shannon will be responsible for agent recruitment, development and training support for Randall Realtors.
Buss has more than 15 years’ professional real estate experience and is currently the Rhode Island Association of Realtor’s president-elect. She will begin her term as association president in 2020. In addition, she is the vice chair of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Leadership Academy.

Buss most recently served as Broker and Owner at Bayside Realty in Newport, RI. She is a member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, serves on the Global Business & Alliances Committee of the National Association of REALTORS®, and previously held Broker/Associate roles at William Raveis Real Estate and Keller Williams Real Estate. Buss is a graduate of Roger Williams University and currently resides in Newport, RI.
