Lila Delman Real Estate announced the sale of 1 Harbor View Drive in Newport on Tuesday, the property recently sold for $3,275,000.

Janet Corbin, Sales Associate, represented the seller and Cynthia Moretti, Broker Associate, represented the buyer. The buyer was not identified by Lila Delman Real Estate.

“The address of this house says it all, Newport Harbor is world-famous and this house has a front row seat on it,” said Janet Corbin. “With its pool, and pavilion-style, very open to the outdoors, it’s perfect for a wonderful lifestyle.”

Situated on over an acre, manicured for privacy, the house measures  3,675 square feet on two levels, plus a lower living area of 1,1550 square feet, and a separate pool house/guest house. The property includes four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, four fireplaces, in-ground pool, hot tub and a sauna.

“With easy access to town, a short walk to two yachts clubs, and wonderful harbor views, this property was unsurpassed,” commented Cynthia Moretti.
