Unit in Tower at Carnegie Abbey sells for $925,000

Lila Delman Real Estate has announced that Unit 1201 located in the Tower at Carnegie Abbey, named as the “Westerly”, sold for $925,000 on January 31, 2018.

This is the third sale in the Tower that Lila Delman has participated in within the last nine months. Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and the selling company for the transaction. Melanie Delman, President, and Alyce Wright, Sales Associate, represented the seller. Pawler Garrahan and Courtney Van Beuren, Sales Associates, represented the buyer.
