Lila Delman Real Estate has announced that Unit 1201 located in the Tower at Carnegie Abbey, named as the “Westerly”, sold for $925,000 on January 31, 2018.

This is the third sale in the Tower that Lila Delman has participated in within the last nine months. Lila Delman Real Estate was both the listing and the selling company for the transaction. Melanie Delman, President, and Alyce Wright, Sales Associate, represented the seller. Pawler Garrahan and Courtney Van Beuren, Sales Associates, represented the buyer.

“This presents one of Rhode Island’s best opportunities for waterfront living with assorted amenities, including pool and fitness”, commented Melanie Delman. “This sale together with the other two Tower units I have sold over the last 9 months
demonstrates that Buyers are finding value at the Tower and creating positive momentum in the sales of luxury Tower condos,” said Alyce Wright.
