According to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest recorded land sale in the municipality in over a decade. The sellers of this waterfront land were represented by Eric Kirton, Sales Associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The buyers were represented by Chris West of Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty.
