The 2nd Annual Newport Holiday Stroll is set to take place Friday, December 1st – Sunday, December 3rd and Friday, December 8th – Sunday, December 10th.

Following a successful inaugural event in 2016, the Newport Holiday Stroll is looking to add more “holiday cheer and reason to shop, dine and be here” to The-City-By-The-Sea in 2017.

The Newport Holiday Stroll, which is organized and promoted by What’sUpNewp, differs from other holiday events in town because it is being organized by retailers with simple, direct call to action.  We believe Newport is New England’s Premier Holiday Shopping Destination and should be promoted as such with all retailers and other businesses uniting for two consecutive weekends during the holiday shopping season.

The 2017 Newport Holiday Stroll will feature free parking, complimentary gift wrapping, sip & shops, 15% discount at select restaurants with proof of retail purchase, Random Acts of Holiday Cheer and much more! For a sample of what was offered in 2016, visit here.

Make your holidays merry and bright in Newport this festive season by joining us for the Newport Holiday Stroll in December! Visit often for more information and updates.

Registration to participate in the 2017 Newport Holiday Stroll opened today (September 21st), if you own or run a business and want to get involved, click here.
