Who to vote for in the upcoming primary and special election? That’s a question many of you may have, especially if you are a Democrat.

I met up with David Allard, one of the four Democratic candidates, at his campaign office on Long Wharf on Friday to discuss his campaign, his priorities if elected, his thoughts on many local issues and ultimately why he thinks you should vote for him.

The four Democratic candidates, John Florez, David Allard, David Hanos and Dawn Euer, will face off in a Democratic Primary on Tuesday, July 18th.

The winner of the Democratic Primary on July 18th will face Republican Michael Smith, Independent Kim Ripoli and Green Party Candidate Gregory Larson on August 22nd.

The opportunity for a one-on-one Facebook Live video like this has been offered to all candidates.
