The largest family-owned and operated chain of specialty gift stores in New England will open a store soon in Middletown.

The Paper Store will open soon in RK Middletown Square at 1313 West Main Road, the space was formerly occupied by Eastern Mountain Sports (EMS).

The plaza is currently anchored by Barnes & Noble, Michaels, Ulta Beauty and PETCO.

Since their business began in 1964, The Paper Store has evolved into a sophisticated and diverse operation. In addition to social stationery and custom invitations, you can now shop for gifts, social expressions, fashion & jewelry, bath & body, home décor, baby fashion & gifts, educational toys & games, gourmet foods, bestselling books for all ages, and more.

The Paper Store is currently hiring for full and part-time positions for this location, those interesting in applying should attend a job fair on June 30th or July 1st between 10 am – 4 pm.
