Rain and thunderstorms likely before 2am, then a slight chance of rain between 2am and 4am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 38. South wind 13 to 16 mph becoming west after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 60%.
