Future For The Newport Skating Center

As we wrote back on February 2nd, this may be your last chance ever to skate the rink at its current location on the Newport Yachting Center property.

The property owner, The Peregrine Group, unrolled plans for developing the property last fall and is scheduled to begin work later this year, pending permit approvals. The plans include a new hotel, restaurant, public park and retail pods.
