Jim Quinn, a retired Newport police sergeant and a co-owner of Hungry Monkey and the Newport Blues Cafe, is reportedly suing the City of Newport and the Newport Police Department for wrongfully barring him from working traffic details after he spoke publicly about The Hungry Monkey being victimized by a scam.
