Lt. General Michael T. Flynn, Author of the New York Times, USA Today, Washington Post, Ingram, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon Bestseller, “The Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies” and Native Rhode Islander, will speak and present his winning strategy in Newport, RI on Monday, August 22, 2016.

Back on July 9th, there were several reports that Donald Trump was “seriously considering a retired general” for his Vice President running mate, the person was Retired Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn.

The public is invited to attend a National Security Briefing and Book Signing by Lt. General Michael T. Flynn, author of the, “The Field of Fight: How We Can Win the Global War Against Radical Islam and Its Allies,” Monday, Aug. 22, 2016 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the La Forge Casino Restaurant, 186 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI.

Upon entry, there will be a sign in table where you’ll receive your copy of the book.  If you choose not to pre-register, books will be available on-site at the full price of $26.99, so pre-register today to receive a $5 discount!  If you have already purchased the book, and would like to attend, Lt. General Michael T Flynn will be doing a book signing after his presentation. Presentation to begin promptly at 7:00pm! Book signing to occur before and after. There will be a cash bar along with passed hors d’evours. ALL proceeds from book sales will benefit Lucy’s Hearth and URI ROTC Program.

“We could lose this war; in fact, right now we are losing,” said Lt. General Michael T Flynn. “I wrote this book for two reasons: 1) To show you a war is being waged against us and 2) To lay out a winning strategy.

General Flynn grew up in Middletown, RI and graduated from Middletown High School. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island ROTC program with a Bachelor of Science degree in management science, and earned three master’s degrees during his 33-year career in the U.S. Army, retiring in 2014 as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency and Senior Military Intelligence Officer in the Department of Defense.
