Newport Beach Club has unveiled two new lines of luxury residences within its Waterside Village neighborhood overlooking Narragansett Bay: classic Cape Cottages and elegant Condominiums. Waterside Village is the latest neighborhood developed by Northern Waterfront Associates, LP in collaboration with builder Sun Homes.
