Portsmouth Fire Department and Portsmouth Police Department responded to West Main Road just before 9 a.m. this morning for a truck that had rolled over on its side.
The truck, full of crabs, was the only vehicle involved in the accident, there were no injuries reported.
As of 9 a.m. all of West Main Road was completely blocked.
