Norey’s has been recognized as the best beer bar in Rhode Island in the annual Great American Beer Bars competition conducted by CraftBeer.com —the Brewers Association website for beer lovers.
Norey’s, which has also been rated “World-Class” BeerAdvocate Magazine, offers 20 taps, 1 cask and 120 bottles of some of the world’s best and rarest craft beers!
With more than 4,100 small and independent craft brewers operating in the country, there are more options than ever to enjoy great beer. To help beer lovers navigate their way to the best places they can take advantage of this phenomenon, CraftBeer.com readers were recently polled to determine the best beer in all 50 states and Washington D.C.
“CraftBeer.com readers know craft beer and 9,000 of them took the time to cast their vote rewarding their favorite beer bar in each state,” said Julia Herz, publisher of CraftBeer.com. “Cheers to each of the winners and the ever-increasing diversity of our local beer movement here in the U.S.”
“Besides having a unique, world-class beer selection, our food is above and beyond amazing. We feature fresh, daily-made pasta, locally grown produce and local farm raised meats. All desserts are homemade daily, and our ambiance is cozy and inviting. Our monthly tap takeovers are something we’re very proud of. Some months we feature a specific brewery and others a particular beer style.”
Norey’s is located at 156 Broadway in Newport and online at www.noreys.com.
Methodology
CraftBeer.com readers were asked to nominate their favorite craft beer bar in their state and fill out a short survey about what makes it so great including atmosphere, staff, beer selection and special events. Craft beer fans cast over 9,000 votes in total from August to December 2015.
