Common Fence Music presents culturally relevant but underplayed folk, roots & world music concerts & educational workshops.
Most performances hosted by Common Fence Music are held at CFPIA Community Hall in Portsmouth but on Saturday, November 7th they will take their show to Channing Memorial Church in Newport when they present Parsonsfield with Ian Fitzgerald opening.
Doors will open at Channing Church, located at 135 Pelham Street, at 7:30pm and the show will begin at 8pm. Tickets are $20 in advance and $23 at the door. To Order Tickets, Click Here
Ian Fitzgerald
Ian Fitzgerald is a folk singer and songwriter. Based in New England, Ian has toured solo up and down the east coast and through the midwest. Ian has independently released four albums of original material and has become known for his storytelling and skillful use of language.
Parsonfield
Parsonsfield is a five-piece Americana band from Connecticut that infuses a rowdy, rock-‘n’-roll spirit into its bluegrass and folk influences, blowing away any preconception of what you think banjos and mandolins should sound like.
