Julie Qiu is an oyster sommelier, blogger and sustainable seafood advocate from New York City in search of the world’s most exceptional oysters and destinations.

In A Half Shell aims to build more awareness and understanding about oysters – what we’re eating, how it’s produced, and why they’re vital to our well-being.

Tickets are $40 and include a tasting of three Rhody oyster varieties (6 oysters per person), three beverage pairings, and Julie’s #33Oysters journal.
