Scales & Shells opened 1/2 Shell, a new oyster room, bar and restaurant, to the public on Thursday, September 24th.
1/2 Shell will continue the traditions of Scales & Shells, “Newport’s only ‘only fish’ restaurant” with a focus on oysters.
