Winter Storm Lexi (yes, we know it’s a Weather Channel name. It’s just easier to call it that then the “snow storm that hit Newport, RI on February 5th, 2016”) made landfall in Newport, RI around 3 a.m. on Friday, February 5th and left around 6 – 12″ of snow for most of our area.
