People’s Credit Union has promoted Rachel Semiao to head of Portsmouth member operations, where she will oversee daily branch operations and serve as a resource for staff. She reports to Lori Marshall, who heads the Portsmouth branch.
Semiao joined the credit union as a member service representative in Middletown and most recently held the position of MSR II, taking on branch operations work including record retention, opening and closing procedures, cash shipments and audits. She spent 15 years in patient-facing healthcare roles before that.
“Rachel’s willingness to go above and beyond for both our members and her teammates has made a lasting impact,” Marshall said.
