In a toast to spring, the Women’s Resource Center invites the community to the Vineyard Soirée: A  Celebration of Cocktails and Cuisine for a Cause. The affair will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm at Newport Vineyards, 909 East Main Rd, Middletown, RI.

The evening will be a culinary celebration, with farm-to-table offerings made from scratch with local ingredients, perfectly paired with estate-grown wine and fresh small-batch beers.

“We are thrilled that this fundraiser will feature the bounty of our local community, including delicious fare, live music, and silent auction experiences,” shared Gina Campbell-Helm, event chairperson.

The Women’s Resource Center is the only domestic violence organization serving the East Bay community, and each year, more than 1,200 individuals reach out for help. “Our dedicated advocates and providers help navigate the systems and many barriers that victims face when leaving an abusive situation. Our free and confidential services help empower survivors on their journey to finding peace and safety for their families. This critical work is only possible thanks to the generous contributions from volunteers, sponsors, and patrons.” shared Executive Director Jessica Walsh.

Tickets are $60/pp (21+), admit one to the Soirée, include one beverage with pairings of local farm-to-table cuisine, and may be purchased online at linktr.ee/WRCNBC or by calling 401-236-8365.
