Roadwork scheduled by Rhode Island Department Of Transportation: 11/26 – 12/3
Jamestown: Rte. 138 East and West, from Rte. 1 to the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge, expect lane closures in a moving operation, for overhead lighting repairs, Monday – Thursday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Middletown: East Main Rd. East and West, from Brookdale Rd. to West Main Rd., one lane open in each direction for construction, Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Middletown: Coddington Hwy. West, from West Main Rd. to Lake Erie St., right shoulder closed for construction, Monday-Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Newport: Broadway, from Cranston Ave. to Farewell St., alternating traffic possible for construction, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tiverton: Rte. 24, from Boyds Ln to Fish Rd, expect lane closures in a moving operation, for overhead lighting repairs, Monday – Thursday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

Newport Pell Bridge: Westbound Right Lane Closure -11/28 to 12/2- 7 am to 3 pm Eastbound Right Lane Closure -12/1 and 12/2- 9 am to 4:30 pm Overnight: Eastbound Right Lane Closure- 11/28 and 11/30- 9 pm to 5 am Westbound Right Lane Closure- 11/29 and 12/1- 9 pm to 5 am
Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge: There are currently no Lane Closures on the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge.
Route 138 Connector: There are currently no Lane Closures on the Route 138 connector. Mount Hope Bridge Northbound Lane Closure- 11/28 to 12/1- 9 am to 3 pm
